Hillsdale County School of the Arts (HCSA) is a non-profit organization that seeks to provide musical opportunities for students of all ages and all socioeconomic backgrounds from Hillsdale County.
The 2023 Summer String Festival is here!
PARENTS, PLEASE NOTE: The festival will be held at Hillsdale HIGH SCHOOL on July 24-August 2 instead of Davis Middle School.

Join us for the concerts on August 3 and August 4, both at 7:00 pm at Davis Middle School Auditorium. More information about the guest artist and the concerts below.
Guest Artist Hannah Holman (cellist) Hannah Holman performs with the New York City Ballet Orchestra and is the principal cellist of the Quad City Symphony. She has played with the English String Orchestra under Yehudi Menuhin and has played with other orchestras including the Michigan Chamber Orchestra, the Richmond Symphony, and the American Sinfonietta and is an active chamber musician.
Thursday, August 3 at 7:00 pm - Guest Artist Recital
Ms. Holman will present a Guest Artist Recital with accompanist Katherine Rick, including classical ballet arrangements for solo cello and works by female composers.
Friday, August 4 at 7:00 pm - String Festival Final Concert
Ms. Holman will perform with Summer String Festival students on their final concert.
Both concerts will be at Davis Middle School Auditorium, 30 North West Street, Hillsdale, MI. Both concerts are free and open to the public.
